Most of the people we support use more than one. A residential placement is only as good as the nursing behind it, and neither works if nobody can get to an appointment.
Personal Supports
Flexible one-to-one support in your own home and community, scheduled around your life, for people who do not need or want a residential placement.
Nursing Support Services
Registered Nurse assessment, clinical care planning and medication delegation — the clinical backbone that lets people with complex health needs live in the community safely.
Transportation
Door-to-door transport with trained, background-checked drivers — because a support plan that cannot get someone to their appointment is not a support plan.
